How to customize right-click menu?

Hi, I don't want to have a "Open" option in a right-click menu. How can I remove it?
And is it possible to change a default action? I want to Download files by double-clicking or select+Enter, not to Open it.

Current version of IZWebFileManager (2.4.1) does not allow you to remove "Open" command from item context menu, but allows you to override "Open" command behavior using ClientOpenItemFunction API.
Demo project contains example of using this property. See Customized.aspx.
