Can I set FileManagerController.AllowDelete, AllowOverwrite and Allow Upload for each element of a root directory collection?

In my opinion, much value would be added if any copy/move functionality could only be to root directory collection element (maybe it works like that now) where the future file manager controller applied to each root directory element allow the copy or move.

For example.  If I had two root directory collection elements and the user was read only on one of them, then he couldn't copy/move files from the other read/write node to the read only node. 

So I wouldn't be able to type in a file system path as a destination (the destination must be a collection element) and the destination collection element must allow writing.
